  3. The University of Sydney does not inspect or recommend the properties listed on the Database and does not match students with any accommodation listed on the Database.
  4. The University of Sydney makes no guarantee that you will find suitable accommodation by using the Database to search for accommodation.
  5. It is your responsibility to ensure that statements and information provided by a Provider are accurate, up-to-date and complete when applying for any accommodation advertised on the Database.
  6. You are responsible to make your own assessment of the information, make your own enquiries and inspect the accommodation prior to paying any money, signing any documents or making any decision as to the suitability of the accommodation for your purposes.
  7. The University of Sydney in no way guarantees the suitability of co-tenants, landlords or any other relationship formed or found through the Database.
  8. You understand that the University of Sydney and Providers will have access to your personal information, and you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information.
