The room also opens onto a large private rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing or studying in the sunshine, or entertaining friends. Privacy is valued, making it ideal for postgraduates, focused undergraduate. International and exchange students are also welcome. We also enjoy a meal together on occasions.

Their is a modern shared bathroom is located on the second floor, with an additional shared bathroom on the ground floor. Downstairs, you'll have full access to the well-equipped kitchen, living areas, front-loading washing machine and dryer. Dedicated space is provided in the shared fridge and freezer for your groceries.

The home is clean, tidy and respectful, shared with two university students, one professional adult and two friendly elderly dogs. Conveniently located within easy walking distance of Erskineville and Macdonaldtown railway stations, King Street Newtown, cafés, supermarkets and parks, with excellent access to the University of Sydney, UTS, Notre Dame and UNSW.
