Our property on Kurrawa Avenue provides the perfect balance of beach life and easy access to everything Coogee has to offer. Just a 15-20 minute bus ride to the University of New South Wales. Students love living by the beach with easy access to their campus. Coogee Beach offers a vibrant neighbourhood with cafes, restaurants, shops, and nightlife, including the famous Coogee Bay Hotel and the Instagrammable Coogee Pavilion.

The rent listed is per person, per week from now/July to minimum 6 December or longer. Lease dates are fixed; you may arrive later or depart earlier within those dates, but rent is charged for the entire period.

Twin Shared Rooms: $325 per person, per week for a Twin Shared Room (two single beds sharing with a friend or we can pair you with another student of the same gender).
