All the residents are university students. The main property consists of two floors with each floor it's own 'apartment', consisting of 4-bedrooms/2-bathrooms, shared kitchen and living areas. You will therefore be living with a community of students.

The rent listed is per person, per week. We can offer a minimum 22 week lease (July - December). Lease dates are fixed; you may arrive later or depart earlier within those dates, but rent is charged for the entire period.
