This building has two 6 Bedroom Apartments over two floors, each floor with their own kitchen/living area. Join 20 other Sydney Study Abroad/Exchange students in our building and create a ready-made peer network to explore Sydney and travel Australia together!
5-Month/22 week Leases:
Available Semester 2 from July - December, 2025 with a minimum lease period of 22 weeks; you may arrive later or depart earlier within those dates, but rent is charged for the entire period. While most leases require a minimum of 6 months (26 weeks), we offer 5-month leases, and the rent reflects this shorter term.
Rent listed is per person, per week (so a Twin Shared Room is $325 per person). Rent includes all furnishings, utilities/bills, unlimited internet, monthly clean of common areas/bathrooms.

Everything Randwick has to offer at your doorstep with all conveniences like supermarket, cafes/restaurants, chemist etc. 15-minute walk to Coogee Beach and a 10-minute walk to Randwick Light Rail station with a direct trip into the City to campus. Students love living close to the beach with easy access to their campus, and the City. Randwick offers a vibrant neighbourhood with cafes, restaurants, shops, and nightlife, and easy access to all the action of the famous Coogee Beach, like the Coogee Beach Hotel and the Instagrammable Coogee Pavilion.
