One private furnished studio available for 1 x female student only located external to a family home in Five Dock (direct bus to Sydney University that takes 15-20 minutes).

The weekly rent is $550 per week including all bills (water, electricity, gas and internet). The studio is available for both short-term or long-term rent. The minimum stay is 2 months minimum and the maximum 12 months maximum (with the ability to extend for another 12 months after that as preferred).

The home is owned by me (Jen) and I work full time and have a young daughter who attends school full-time. You would be safe living at our family home (female only).
