The household is currently shared by the owner, two university students (a University of Sydney medical student and a UNSW psychology student), and two friendly dogs. We enjoy a respectful, study-focused home where everyone values each other's privacy while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The property is conveniently located within easy walking distance of Erskineville and Macdonaldtown railway stations, King Street Newtown, cafés, supermarkets and parks, with excellent access to the University of Sydney, UTS, Notre Dame and UNSW.
