Rent includes water gas and water. (If you use electric bike or own heater, maybe you are charged)

Big and clean 2 storey house with 5 bed room 3 bathroom.
Fully furnished.

When you move in from overseas or bagpackers on arrival its maybe reqired that all clothes are washed on a 60degrees wash to ensure no bed bugs are brought into the premises, it is just a pecaution I take.

All sharemates share the cleaning duty once a week about 40 minutes.

Really comfortable at front and back yard.
Smoking only at front or back yard.
