1-bedroom shared house, Chalder St

Lovely Marrickville terrace with polished floorboards, great natural light, and a gorgeous backyard with a hammock. We have a weekly cleaning roster that we actually stick to - the house is well looked after and has a really nice feel to it.
Transport is a genuine highlight - 1 min walk to the 423/426 buses into the city (15 mins), and a 10 min walk or 3 min bike ride to Sydenham Metro. You’re right in the heart of Marrickville, surrounded by some of Sydney’s best breweries, cafes, and restaurants. Basically next door to Massena for the best ice cream in the city.

Three people in the house total (inclusive of you! ) - a lighting engineer and a musician/psych student. We’re a low-key, friendly household. We have dinners and friends over but it’s not a party house. Two of us are musicians so there’s always good music around. Fully furnished - double bed, desk, wardrobe, and storage bookshelf all included. All personal items and speakers will be removed before you move in. I may need to keep a few things in the under-bed storage, but happy to discuss what works. Equally open to chatting about anything you’d like kept or taken out - flexible on that.
