5-bedroom shared house, Abercrombie St

We’re looking for two people to take over our lease as we’re leaving Sydney.
The room has two beds (can be put together for a couple) and is in a lovely international share house in Chippendale, also named by Time Out as the 7th coolest neighbourhood in the world! The area has plenty of nice cafés, restaurants, parks, and great transport links.

Availability: 15 June - 25 July, with possible extension (flexible for move-in date if needed)
Rent: $275/week per person, or $550/week for the whole room

• 7 min walk to Redfern Station
• 7 min walk to UTS
• 10 min walk to USYD
• 10 min walk to Central Station

Your room includes

The 2-story house includes

• Washing machine & dryer
• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & oven
• Living room with TV
• Backyard to chill

You’ll be living with international housemates aged around 18–27, mostly students or young professionals. Everyone is easy-going, clean, and respectful of privacy, but also happy to hang out if you feel like it. :)
We’ve really enjoyed our time here and can genuinely recommend it.
