2-bedroom shared flat/unit/apartment, Frederick St

To whom it may concern, I am looking for an international or local country student to share my 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is on the eastern side of a 6-unit block. It is filled with early morning natural light and stays reasonably cool during hot weather. I am a mature-aged person who works for the NSW Education Department as a Paraprofessional (Pre-Service) Support Teacher. I am currently studying my Bachelor of Primary School Teaching degree. This house is not a party house, but that does not mean you cannot enjoy yourself at appropriate times. You would be required to prepare your own meals most of the time; however, the occasional shared meal may suit from time to time. The new housemate will be expected to keep all areas of the unit neat and tidy, and timely cleaning duties will be mandatory. You will need to be considerate of other tenants when leaving the building, especially in the early morning or coming home late at night. This unit represents a great opportunity for the right person to live in a shared space that offers a friendly, homely experience, with considered guidance (if required or requested) to someone who may be venturing out into the world for the first time. The bedroom on offer is small/ medium in size and comes with a built-in wardrobe. The room is currently furnished with a bed, a study desk, and a lounge chair. The rest of the unit is fully furnished for your enjoyment. I would be only too pleased to Skype with any genuine overseas applicants, or parents of younger students, who have not yet arrived in Australia after making initial contact via email.
Campsie is a very multicultural, bustling suburb with an excellent and cheap shopping centre, great Asian restaurants, and is less than 10 km from Sydney University. There is a bus service direct to Sydney Uni close by, and the "soon to open" new metro train service from Campsie station, which is only a 5-minute walk. The University of NSW will require a train and a light rail. The local area is full of recreational opportunities with a bicycle path and a new Aquatic and Fitness Centre due to open by the end of this year, only a few minutes walk away.
