I’m Jen and work full time in an office and I live in the house with my young daughter (young child) who attends school Monday - Friday. There are no males (men or boys) that live in the house.

My young daughter and I are both Australians. Happy to rent the bedroom to a study abroad or exchange student too (for example who is here to study for one or two semesters only. )

I have also lived, studied and worked overseas in Japan, Spain and Latin America. I want the home to be respected and treated as a family home so a house rule would be that your socialising with friends is done outside the home.

We love going to local beaches / public swimming pools / parks to play in over Summer so happy for you to join us if you would like to.
