* 9 mins walk to Croydon train station, 15 mins ride to City
* 40 mins from doorstep to Sydney Uni.
* 500m to Croydon Village (Shops, Café, Restaurants, etc)
* 1. 5 km from Ashfield mall (Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, Kmart, Reject Shop, Tong Li) and Burwood shopping centre, Burwood Plaza, Shops, Café, Restaurants
* Free cooking utensils, tissue, soap, dishwashing liquid.
* No deep fry or fry food in house please. You can use Air fryer which I will place on the balcony outside.
* Asian female is preferred.
