3-bedroom shared flat/unit/apartment, Norton St

We have a bright and airy room available at our apartment in Leichhardt which would be well suited to an international student looking to enjoy independent life off campus.

The room has a built-in robe and air conditioning and can be fully furnished (Double bed, bedside table and lamp), partially furnished or unfurnished. It's your choice!

You'll be sharing with myself and my 15yo son who stays 3-4 nights each week.

In terms of transport, the 440 bus is right outside the front of the complex with the Parramatta Road before Catherine Street stop 250 meters away which will get you to the Ross Street entrance of Sydney Uni in under 10 minutes.

Norton Plaza is literally next door which has a Coles, Harris Farm, Asian grocer, baker, butcher, bottle shop and gym.

Rent includes gas, water and internet. We can have a chat about electricity depending on how much you like to use the air con.
The kitchen and living area have everything you need to cook, eat and relax in comfort.

Our only expectations are that you pay on time all the time, clean up after yourself and treat our furnishings and homewares with care and respect. Note that we're also a shoes off inside household.
