Two student rooms available:
- 1st floor Single (own) study room (male or female) or couple room. Room has queen bed, bed-side tables, built-in Wardrobe, drawers and desk. Room has access to a non-smoking balcony and uses a shared bathroom on middle 1st floor.
Rent is $400/week single (male or female single student) with 2 weeks rent paid in advance then fortnightly and 2 week bond and $50 key deposit.
This room can be used as couples room $440/week couple for 6 month stay or $450/week for shorter stays. Two week bond and $50 key deposit per person (2 house keys issued)
Room is available now from Friday 19 June 2025.
This round of inspections is for people in Sydney now or arriving b efire 30 June 2025. If not yet in Sydney we can provide photo and video and remote interview. (We are not as yet running inspections for people who are arriving in Sydney in July or are looking to move toward the end of July).
We are looking for one person (or couple) to stay to end semester 2 2025 and the room can be ongoing into 2026 (minimum stay is 3 months and with 2 weeks notice to leave). Full bond is returned if two full weeks notice to depart is given and room returned in same condition.
Room suits postgraduates (Master students or PHD candidates) or scholarship holders and undergraduates with steady work arrangements, or staff/researchers considered.
As we are in a quite neighborhood area the house is a quite house tor workers or students (we have a common sense set of house rules in tenants
All utility bills included include house wifi. Additional heater charge may apply in tenants agreement to be agreed depending on planned usage over winter.
Inspections are available now. Please contact Michael (live in house assistant) to book an inspection via the Sydney University Off-Campus Database. The house has a sole leasor and has a long history of USYD/UTS students living in the house. The house is a quite house as we are in a community neighbourhood and house has no parties policy in house agreement.
