Maroubra: Fully furnished room with Smart TV, own ensuite bathroom, internet & all bills included in this family home. A couple with a 15-year-old daughter who attends high school, plus a dog and a cat, would welcome a student to join us. We live just 200 metres from a shopping centre, with frequent buses to the city and beaches. Student would have their own room with a private ensuite, double bed, built-in storage, desk with student chair, small refrigerator and good lighting, as well as use of our kitchen and living areas. We are happy to discuss partial catering if interested.
