There is a bus stop very close by with buses running to the City,Bondi Junction, UNSW and Kingsford Light Rail every 20 minutes.
There are beautiful Coastal walks close by perfect for walks, trail running and right now the migration of whales heading North. Randwick golf course is at the end of the street, also perfect place to enjoy a meal and the million dollar view, A rifle range also within walking distance,a library, supermarket and Medical centre.
There's a sailing club close by and many Gyms.
Very good quality Push bikes,kayaks and paddle boards are available to use, at your own risk! Also a high quality spin bike and gym equipment to use.
