The apartment is open planned kitchen and living room, opening onto the balcony also with views of the city and ANZAC Bridge. The building is a secure modern build with electronic key entry, elevator (level 8, top floor) and an underground carpark. The room is a queen or double sized room and comes with a built in wardrobe and views of the city skyline. The furniture pictured can be removed if not desired. I also have an ensuite with a bath that you are welcome to use.
About me: I am 31 years old and work for the New South Wales government. I am quite social enjoy doing activities and playing sport and cooking dinner with friends. But also enjoy a night in with my huge TV binging some Netflix.
I also have 2 year old small 4kg Maltese poodle who is house trained and loves company.
