Our room is available for a single female student. LGBTQI+ friendly. We'd love to host someone who's friendly, polite and clean. If you enjoy a peaceful, safe neighbourhood, privacy and a beautiful place to stay, our room is perfect for you. We've hosted female world travellers and international students, and everyone had an enjoyable stay.
We're located in a central, convenient and safe location in Rosebery, only 15-20 minutes bus away from UNSW, University of Sydney and the CBD. There are bus stops right outside our apartment. The supermarket is only 5 minutes walk away. Local cafes, Asian restaurants and gym are also only 5 minutes away. We've been living here for 5 years, and have really enjoyed the peace, safety and convenience. It's also only 25-30 minutes away from Coogee Beach - 370 takes you straight there!
It's a 2-level apartment, with both bedrooms upstairs. Your room is beautiful, spacious and bright. You'll have your own private bathroom. Your room is tucked away on the other side of level 2, so you'll have absolute privacy. Cotton linens, extra blanket for winter, air conditioned, our guests have told us they've had the best sleep at ours!
You'll be staying with us (2 women). We speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Hungarian and German. We're in the creative industry. I'm a creative director and I work from home. We love arts, creativity, music, cooking, healthy food, yoga and coastal walk.
