2-bedroom shared house, Church St

At a walking distance from USYD (15 mins) and near to public transportation in a quiet street in Newtown. The atic room is available now, although it is quite small it's private.

It's a typical australian House, in the first floor lives the landlord and the second floor is for us. Bills are not included (Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet) and they are divided by all people living here (inc landlord), may be around less than 20 $ / wk average.

We pay the rent fortnightly, we do the cleaning once a week, from time to time we may consider hiring a cleaner for a more professional service. Since the house is small, parties or meetings are not allowed unless we all agree on that.

Although the atic room is available now, ideally it would be another USYD student and we would like to know more about! I believe it would be more suitable for another man for the amenities, but no problem if it's a woman (our last housemate was a girl too).
