2-bedroom shared flat/unit/apartment, Charles Street

Hi everyone.
I am looking for a flat mate. I am currently living in Canterbury. It's a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.
The room is unfurnished and it's an en-suite so you'll get your own bathroom.

It's my first time sharing an apartment so I'll be looking for someone who is very clean and friendly as I like my place to be very clean and like to have a conversation when I am not studying or working.

The apartment has a woolies in 2-3 walking distance. Other than that, you can catch a bus to Sydenham for metro or trains whatever is convenient for you or you can catch a bus to city directly (428) which will be very convenient if you are studying at USYD or UTS.

The rent is 355 pwk excluding bills.

I am currently studying in University of Sydney as an international student from Bangladesh if that matters at all
