I am the owner occupier of a light, airy, 2 bedroom, shared bathroom, first-level apartment with interrupted ocean views and a small easterly facing porch in a 1920's art deco security building. It is 3-minute walk to public transport, Coogee beach, supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants and Randwick Ritz cinemas The room for rent is northerly facing so light and sunny, warm in winter and cool in summer. It has beautiful interrupted ocean views to Coogee Beach, Gordons Bay and Clovelly. There are several lovely parks and coastal walks around Coogee with a northerly walk to Bondi Beach and southerly to Maroubra Beach

The room has a queen sized bed, bedroom furniture including student desk, chair and large built in floor to ceiling wardrobe with plenty of hanging and storage space . The apartment has a fully equipped galley kitchen with all amenities including dishwasher and microwave, medium sized bathroom /laundry, smart TV, DVD stereo system and fast WIFI.

I am a mature, retired professional woman, who has worked as a consultant in the health and community services in the not for profit sector. Travel music and film are my passions. I really enjoying sharing my home with another flatmate. I have shared with friends, students male or female, various ages, sexuality and ethnic backgrounds. I am easy going, fun loving, friendly, considerate and respectful of others privacy and space. I have a gorgeous cute intelligent toy poodle, who is 6 years old and very friendly.
