It has living room, dining, lounge room, and laundry. Rent including ALL bills: internet, gas, water and electricity usage(average usage). Come with a single bed, or you could bring in your bed.

The house has a high ceiling and its own KEY Lock. It's 800m walk to Kogarah station, around 20 mins train to the city, bus stop, hospital, school, close to airport, beaches(Brighton-le-sand) and Rockdale Plaza shopping center.
We have a Middle east doctor(living more than 4 years)working at a hospital, a local born Japanese architect(living more than two years) an Indian lady is uni student and Ecuador man study/working. We are multi cultural friendly.

We are looking for someone friendly, trustworthy, responsible, and willing to keep the cleaning routine. It's a quiet environment with No smoking, NO pets, and Not a party house. Long term tenants welcome!
