7-bedroom shared house, Bridge Road

Two student rooms available:

1st floor Single (own) study room (female preferred). Room has queen bed and desk and uses a shared ensuite bathroom. $400/week single (male or female single student) $440/week couple.
Roon is available 2 May 2025.

2nd floor single female study room with own access door to 2nd floor share female ensiute bathroom. . Room has a queen bed, desk, clothes hanger and drawers and long Vanity table.
The room is $390/week and 2 week bond and $50 key deposit. Single female student only. Non-smoking room.

1st floor single balcony room or couple room.
Has Queen bed and desk, drawers and side tables and built in wardrobe. Has access to non-smoking balcony. Uses main share bathroom on the 1st floor Mezzanine (middle 1st floor).

We are looking for one person to stay to end semester 2 2025 (minimum stay is 3 months and with 2 weeks notice to leave). Room is available from Fri 2 May 2025.

Suits postgraduates (Master students or PHD candidates) or scholarship holders and undergraduates with steady work arrangements, or staff/researchers considered.

As we are in a quite neighborhood area the house is a quite house tor workers or students (we have a common sense set of house rules in tenants agreement).

Rent is $400/week with 2 weeks rent paid in advance then fortnightly and 2 week bond and $50 key deposit per person.

All bills included include house wifi. Additional ererheater charge may apply in tenants agreement to be agreed depending on planned usage over winter.

Inspections are available now. Please contact Michael (livr in house assistant) to book an inspection via the Sydney University Off-Campus Database. The house has a sole leasor and has a long history of USYD/UTS students living in the house.
