PERFECT for visiting education professionals from overseas for a minimum of 1 month to mid-term (3-4 month) stay, from 13 April 2025

This is my home and a quality, convenient space. This is NOT a boarding house or shared accommodation with many people.
It's just me - and my beautiful Greyhound dog who lives here.

You'll have many homely extras. It's worth it, to have a private room, clean, quiet, and comfortable home space with no more to pay for furnishings, linens, or bills. My home is a beautiful sanctuary. It's light and airy, full of art, plants, and beautiful furnishings.
It's close to the city and universities. My home is modern, a beautiful space - very quiet! Annandale - 10-15 minutes to Glebe, Broadway, UTS, Sydney University, RPA, and the city via bus, light rail, or on foot - 20-30 minutes. There is a supermarket 1 minute walk away at Tramsheds.

Your double bedroom is furnished and rent includes a double bed with quality bedding - sheets, quilts, blankets, and towels.

• Wardrobe and plenty of storage for clothes and suitcases
• Share bathroom, with one other person - me
• Use of kitchen and all appliances, laundry (washing machine and dryer), kitchen
• Included services: wifi internet, electricity and gas bills

My ideal roommate is clean, quiet, considerate, and will clean up after yourself in the bathroom and kitchen. I'm an artist and businesswoman, have travelled the world, and have hosted many visitors and guests over decades. I spend quiet time at night and hope my roommate also prefers to chill out in a quiet space. I work from home and spend a lot of time here and, mostly downstairs.

RENT: $520 per week/$ 2100 per month all inclusive. You can use the kitchen and bathroom and hang out in the living areas. This is ALREADY a discounted rate for University-linked visitors and applies for stays longer than 3 weeks.

Shorter stays are managed via Airbnb. You'll need a valid account and reviews that I can see to book via Airbnb. You can see more photos and read reviews from guests!
