I am offering a fully furnished room in a homely and cozy apartment. The room includes a study desk, built-in wardrobes, ensuite, floorboards and ceiling fan - everything you need to feel comfortable and settled.

The apartment is also fully furnished and features a well equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and ample cupboard space.

There's an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer. I can provide towels, doona and sheets if needed. You're welcome to use everything in the kitchen and prepare your own meals. I also enjoy the occasional shared meal and a good conversation and laugh.

A bit about me:
I work full-time in the area of social justice. Outside of work I enjoy yoga, pilates or HIT class. I love art, culture, dining out and watching live music. I am easy-going, respectful and enjoy a calm, clean home that feels like a sanctuary - not a party house, but a place to relax and recharge.

A bit about the location
This space is super comfy and feels like a true home. It is very quiet and surrounded by parks, trees and gardens. The feeling here is very peaceful because of the greenery, birds, and setting away from busy roads. Transport is excellent, with Arlington light rail 2-minutes walk, or less than 10 minutes to buses to campus. Summerhill and Dulwich Hill have a village-like feel, with quirky cafes and grocery stores.

About you:
I am looking for a flatmate who is friendly, independent, tidy and respectful - someone with a positive outlook who values a peaceful living environment. You only need to buy your own food, toiletries and washing powder. Everything else is provided.

Rent includes Internet and bills. Weekly payments are preferred.
