Friendly shared house with 2 female and 2 male Uni postgraduate students; one female house mate is leaving. A future female house mate is preferred.

Central air-conditioning included. A green and friendly house in the city of Sydney. With comfy furniture, beddings, The house also has 75inch Tv, unlimited NBN internet.

There is one room left available, in front of the house, with the garden view: large, queen size comfy bed. One of the two available bedrooms has a sliding door to a balcony, next to the front garden.

Other two rooms are taken by two Uni student.

The rent is $350 per week (minimum stay conditions apply). The bigger room is 370, with own bathroom, king size bed, but not a ensuite.

Quiet and peaceful streets and neighbourhood.

The whole house is furnished, with well equiped kitchen, available from 3 July of 2024.


Separately with exclusive entrance, via the drive way, I live in the granny flat in the back of the house.

Students are welcome. NO couples, please.

Pay rent every fortnightly, water and electricity bills are all included.

Plenty of parking spots in the street.

9 minutes drive to Sydney CBD, walking distance to transportations, parks, cafes, good restaurants.
