Spacious inner city terrace in Leichhardt ; just 10 minutes by bus to campus. Each PRIVATE bedroom for upto 9 months rental from $450 per week per room all inclusive. Ideally just 2-3 friends who are studying so they can share the main bathroom. I have my own seperate bathroom.
You wont see me much but we do need to share my large fully equipped ground floor kitchen & dining that has plenty of utensils, modern appliances including oven, dish washer and a large fridge. Enjoy a large private sunny rear courtyard to enjoy the outdoor BBQ, read a book or sip a wine. A laundry with washer and dryer plus the second bathroom are conveniently adjacent on the ground floor. Upstairs are the bedrooms, main bathroom and your lounge room (5. 6m x 4. 0m). Two bedrooms (4m x 2. 75m) each have a double bed and the third bedroom (3. 7m x 2. 1m) has a king single bed. All bedrooms have a wardrobe, fan and side table. There is free NBN wi-fi, large screen TV and Netflix.
The light rail, Petersham train station or the nearby city bus stop makes for an easy commute into the city or campus. Its not a party house, no drugs or overnight visitors
