7-bedroom shared house, Bridge Road

2nd floor Single (own) study room on 2nd floor (female preferred). Room has queen bed and desk and uses a shared ensuite bathroom.

We are looking for one person to stay to end semester 1 2025 or full Academic year 2025 (minimum stay is 2 months and with 2 weeks notice to leave). Room is available from 17 Mar 2025.

Suits postgraduates (Master students or PHD candidates) or scholarship holders and undergraduates, with steady work arrangements, or staff/researchers considered.

As we are in a quite neighborhood area the house is a quite house tor workers or students (we have a common sense set of house rules in tenants agreement).

Rent is $400/week with 2 weeks rent paid in advance and 2 week bond and $50 key deposit.

Rent can be discounted to $390/week if staying to 19 Nov 2025 or later

All bills included include house wifi. Additional heater cost may apply in tenants agreement.
