Small kitchen sink for food prep and dishes. Two hotplates available. Excellent access to transport. Bus to Hurstville 941 stops across the road starts 530am till 10pm, 12 min journey. Fast train to city takes 20 min from Penshurst / Hurstville where there is major shopping centre or you can take train to beach to Cronulla Beach 20 mins. Also 10 mins walk to Riverwood Station T8 Airport line (also has Woolworths, grocery stores, restaurants, pizza etc) where there is also train to city takes 30 mins max. 10 min walk to nearby Beverly Hills, more restaurants and a Cinema. Bus 941 also takes you to Roselands, excellent major shopping centre 10 mins away coffee shops, Coles etc. Share bathroom / kitchenette with 1 other. Owner semi retired academic. Suit male student who needs good secure quiet private study space but has some distractions / shopping / entertainment nearby if required.
