Rent is per person, per week and is heavily discounted to the rate the building is charging students (they require a minimum 26-week lease to February 2026). Rent includes all furnishings, utilities/bills and unlimited internet. $450 per person, per week for a shorter Semester/minimum 22-week lease.

We have Twin Shared Rooms available (two single beds sharing with a friend or we will pair you with another student of the same gender) each with a private bathroom in a 4-bedroom/4-bathroom/ 8-person Apartment - fully furnished down to bedding/linens and kitchen items!
