2-bedroom shared house, Alfred Street

I am an elderly female and have a small workman’s cottage in Annandale with a spare room. I rent it for $350 per week + power if you need to use the aircon a lot. Fans are okay. I will from time to time care for a doggie that lives next door.
The room has a double bed, a built in wardrobe. It could do with a paint sometime soon…. I’ve been putting this off as I’m looking into doing some other repair jobs around the house and will do all at the same time.
I don't have shared internet but if its a decider, I would consider looking into this.
