2-bedroom shared studio, Howard Street

The 4 year old granny flat is self contained with own bathroom and laundry facility, kitchen and living area. We seek two non-smoker female students. The 2 bedrooms has its own lock with brand new double built-in wardrobes. The granny flat is fully furnished with Wifi access. The two students will share the living/kitchen & bathroom area.
We have a back yard heated swimming pool which the students can use and have access to large outdoor area. It is not hot in summer and comfortable in winter.
The location is very convenient, less than 10 min walk to train station and shops and super markets (Harris Farm, IGA Supermart).
It has a large outdoor area and back yard with very green leafy outlook.
Less 10 min walking to Lindfield station, around 30-35 min train trip to Central station/Redfern Station.
Only one room is available. The other room is taken by a 24 year old nice friendly Macquarie Uni student who is doing 3rd year undergraduate course.
