The furnished rooms rooms are suitable for a single user for $350-375/week or $500/week for two people, gas and electricity bills included) with desk, chair and cupboard. The house is fully furnished with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Internet, electricity and gas are complementary. The house is in a quiet street and has a veranda and a backyard. Minutes walk to bus stop to Sydney Uni, UTS or city. Minutes walk to Norton Plaza and Norton Street Cafes and minutes walk to Annandale Village and Cafes. Complementary items are:
