- Very clean and tidy
- Values personal space, but I value a good chat and like a good small dinner party and the occasional wine/cocktail
- Hobbies include: going to cafes, making matcha, interior design

About you:
- Girl in her early to late twenties
- Preferably with good rental history and has a good history of paying bills on time
- Also clean and tidy and prefers a peaceful space
- In uni or working full time
- Friendly 😊

Other conditions:
- No pets :( [I may have be taking care of parents’ small dog around once in a while]
