Two bright and airy bedrooms available in large, two storey residential home, approximately 5 minutes walk from Ashfield train station.

Each bedroom is secure and fully furnished with queen bed and student desk and chair.

All utilities (water, electricity, heating and high speed internet) is included. Linen, towels, toilet paper, washing powder and hand soap is also supplied.

The owner lives on site but regularly works interstate. Two students studying at a local university already occupy one of the other rooms in the property.

You will have access to the fully equipped kitchen and to the laundry containing washing machine.

You will share the upstairs bathroom that contains a shower and toilet. There is also a toilet located in the shared laundry on the ground floor of the property.

There is a lovely courtyard area in the backyard to eat out and socialise with the other students living in the property.
