This studio is on the second floor, 185-201 Broadway, Ultimo. It is a medium size loft, with own bathroom and shower, small kitchenette, living/study area. The studio is fully furnished, very clean and faces an internal courtyard with lots of sunlight. There is a common area on the same floor with larger fully equipped kitchen, and study area. You can also access laundry facilities, the roof top area that has a BBQ area, and gym and swimming pool in the same building. The building is an easy walk to the University of Sydney, University of Technology Sydney, University of Notre Dame. It is located opposite Broadway Shopping Centre which has large food court, medical centre and cinema, and a short stroll to China Town. The studio is available for rent from now.
