7-bedroom shared house, Bridge Road

2nd floor Single (own) study room on 2nd floor (suits female). Room has queen bed and desk and uses a shared ensuite bathroom.

We are looking for one person to stay 6 or 7 months until the end of 1st Semester 2025 or full Academic year 2025 (minimum stay is 2 months and with 2 weeks notice to leave).

Suits postgraduates (Master students or PHD candidates) or scholarship holders and undergraduates, with steady work arrangements, or staff/researchers considered.

As we are in a quite neighborhood area the house is a quite house tor workers or students (we have a common sense set of house rules in tenants agreement). We have 2 garden cats.

Rent is $390/week with 2 weeks rent paid in advance and 2 week bond and $50 key deposit.
