The unit has a modern bathroom with a bath and separate shower, laundry with washer/dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. There is lovely balcony with outdoor furniture, as well as an undercover car space. The unit block has a beautiful outdoor pool. Unlimited internet is available.

The location is fantastic, within a few minutes walk to cafes and bars on Enmore Rd, and less than 15 minutes walk to Newtown Train Station and King St. Only a short stroll to the nearest bus stop with buses straight to UTS, Ultimo and the city.

You will be sharing the unit with a professional woman working full-time in community development (in the office from Monday to Friday). I enjoy going out with family and friends, travelling, watching films, reading fantasy books, bushwalking and discovering new places to eat delicious food (especially dessert! ). I am friendly and like to have a chat, but also respectful of people's personal space and privacy.
