* Location: Prime spot in Newtown. Just around the corner from King Street, USYD, RPA and surprisingly quiet despite the proximity. Would be perfect for a student at USYD

Coryn (me), 39 (she/her):
* Lefty with a twisted sense of humour. Human rights defender and vegetarian. Video editor and counselling student. Weekends generally involve live music, socialising, pubs and adventures with my dog Evie. Social and up for a chat but I also enjoy my alone time and hiding away in my sanctuary (AKA bedroom) listening to obscure metal bands.

* Ridiculously fluffy and cheeky Keeshond (Wolf Spitz). Loves belly scratches, cuddles and stealing socks. She’s very friendly, smart and has a low-allergy coat 🐾🐾

* Cost: $305 p/w (+ bills) and rent is paid 2 weeks in advance.
* Bond: 4 weeks rent = $1220.

* Size: Approx 3. 3m x 2. 7m. Will fit a queen bed, wardrobe etc… No built-in wardrobe.

Room 2 - Upstairs bedroom:
* Cost: $315 p/w (+ bills) and rent is paid 2 weeks in advance.
* Bond: 4 weeks rent = $1260.
* Available: Now
* Size: Approx 3. 8m x 2. 45m with a dormer window (1. 1m x 1. 5m) It has a built-in wardrobe and fits a queen bed.
* Furnished: No

* Two story terrace house, pretty typical for Newtown
* Your bathroom is shared with one other person and features a shower-over-bathtub
* Not a wheelchair accessible house, unfortunately
* Stairs so steep I call it a ladder
