7-bedroom shared house, Bridge Road

Single (own) study room (female or male) available now on first floor of 2 storey terrace house in middle of Glebe opposite a park and near buses to Parramatta Road and City Road near University of Sydney.

The room is fully furnished with queen bed and study desk and inbuilt wardrobe. Room has access to a balcony for fresh air. No smoking in house or on balcony. Room uses a shared bathroom on 1st floor mezzanine. We are looking for someone to stay 6 months until the end of Academic year (minimum stay is 2 months and with 2 weeks notice to leave). Suits postgraduates and undergraduates, with steady work arrangements, or staff considered.
As we are in a quite neighbourhood area the house is a quite house tor workers or students (we have a common sense set of house rules in tenants agreement). We have 2 garden cats.
Rent is $440/week with 2 weeks rent paid in advance and 2 week bond and $50 key deposit. Inspections are 6pm Fri 19 April and Sat morning 20 April. Please txt Michael to book an inspection.
