Looking for a flatmate to join our cozy 2-level townhouse, conveniently located within walking distance of cafes, North Sydney Centre, and train stations. Living here has been incredibly motivating as everything we need is right at our doorstep, making daily walks a breeze.

You'll have the option to furnish your own loungeroom, or if you prefer, we're happy to slowly furnish it over time. Additionally, there's a spare room available for guests or family passing through (no long-term guests, please).

While we may not have the best clothesline, we've invested in top-of-the-line washing machine and dryer for those colder, wet months to keep laundry hassle-free.

Our home features a media room for TV and movie nights, although my hubby does enjoy catching the news every morning and night. We also have a spacious kitchen and dining area perfect for hosting gatherings with friends and family.
