The apartment has 2 desks/working areas, a relaxing lounge and dining room, a beautiful balcony full of plants, and 2 spacious bedrooms - 1 large room for 2, and a medium sized room to host visitors or use as a dedicated home office.

And if that's not enough it's located on a leafy street with lots of trees, only 5-10 minutes walk from the iconic Haldon Street, which has plenty of delicious and cheap cafes and restaurants with cuisine from all over the world. It's 25 minutes to Central Station from Lakemba Station, or only a 10 minute drive from Strathfield.

I am moving for work, so it's with a heavy heart that I leave my apartment. Looking for someone who ideally loves plants and doesn't mind watering them occasionally to keep them alive. Prefer longer term stays, and employed couples, but I am flexible.
