Single room with own ensuite bathroom in a newly renovated three bedroom house to share with a single professional man and my 23 yo son who is planning a PhD at USyd in 2024. The room is quiet, at the front of the house and has access to sitting room, dining room and new kitchen. The room is fully furnished with a single bed, desk, large built in wardrobe and its own Air Conditioner. Two mins to Market Place shops, 5 mins to light rail, 4 mins to frequent buses to Universities and city. Bus is approx 12 mins to USyd and 16 mins to UTS.
