4-bedroom shared house, North Ave

I am letting out large bedrooms with nice carpet or timber floor in a house in Leichhardt (around 7 minutes drive to Sydney Uni). The room has a queen bed ($375/week for a single user or $475 for two people, all bills included) with desk, chair and cupboard and TV. The house is fully furnished with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. The house is in a quiet street and has a veranda and a backyard. Minutes walk to bus stop to Sydney Uni, UTS or city. Minutes walk to Norton Plaza and Norton Street Cafes and minutes walk to Annandale Village and Cafes. The detergents for the dishwasher, laundry and hand washing as well as toilette paper and paper towel are included in the rent. Some food is provided occasionally. Two weeks bond and two weeks rent in advance required.
