Two storey terrace with modern bathroom, kitchen and sustainable with solar, batteries, rainwater, recycling. Natural light and ventilation in all rooms make the house cool and well-lit in summer and warm in winter. Room is most private of three bedrooms, overlooking back garden, with loft bed, built-in cupboards. Dish washer, clothes washing machine both provided, no electricity or water bills. If you enjoy vegetarian food, sustainable design, and being in the heart of the city in a quiet street this is such a place. Vegetarian only, please.
