3-bedroom shared townhouse, Park St

We are a couple looking for a housemate to live with us in a 3 story, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse located inside a gated complex. The entire place is fully furnished, with the exception of your bedroom, and with 2 living spaces plus a courtyard, there’s no shortage of space! Our bedroom takes up the entire third floor so there’s also separation with sleeping spaces. The bedroom on offer has an ensuite bathroom, built-in wardrobe and large balcony. A single fold-out bed and some other furniture is available for short term leases without furniture.

The home is in an amazing location on a tree-lined street close to parks, cafes, restaurants and shops! Erskineville train station is a 6 minute walk away and King St, Newtown is less than 15 mins away. We also have a communal pool and sauna in the complex.

We are government workers in our early 30s and enjoy socialising and getting out and about. We do have people over but our home is not a party house. We're looking for someone who is both social and respectful and wants to join our lovely home!

Rent is $320 p/w + bills.
