Description
We are a family wanting to share our house with students from overseas wanting to live in a home where they know that they are safe, yet close to everything that they need: Bus/trains to get to universities and shops. Looking for long term students who are doing their studies at Sydney Uni, TAFE, Parramatta etc. Ashfield is no more than 15 minutes from Sydney's CBD or Parramatta.
Our house is a couple of minutes walk to Ashfield Train Station and the buses stop just a few metres from our front door. Buses take you straight up to Sydney University or TAFE at Ultimo. Or to the centre of Sydney!
We prefer ladies only, students that are coming into our country to study at our Universities and/or to learn English.
Our rooms come with all linen, WiFi, electricity, water, fully functioning kitchen. Large laundry also comes with a washing machine - free to use.
There is also a very large dining/lounge room that is also fully furnished, as well as a large dining table.
There is a large TV in the lounge room that also has Netflix.
