Background: I'm an International Student from Singapore, and I've been sharing this apartment for the past four years with two different fellow students, both of which stayed for two years. As this apartment has treated me very well, I now seek a new tenant to take up the fully furnished room. Please note that the room now includes a desk.

USYD is a mere 5-minute walk away, though this distance will vary with the building you intend to reach. The walk is very pleasant and can serve as a source of daily exercise :)

I will be conducting viewings (and of course, getting to know you) up till 15 December 2019 in person - for dates after that, let me know and we can work something out, as I will be back home for the summer holidays.

- 5th year Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Laws at USYD
- International Student from Singapore
- Fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese and passable in French
- Opera singer (when nobody is home)
- Loves cooking (and eating great food, of course)
- Enjoys a good conversation (laughs preferable) over a glass of wine and/or whisky
- I am very studious - co-tenants will generally not be disturbed without cause
- Very clean and tidy - dishes spend an average of 2 minutes in the sink unwashed

Preferred tenant characteristics:
- Current Student or young professional
- Fellow Chinese Singaporeans/Malaysians would be preferred, though I welcome all races/nationalities!
- Males greatly preferred
- Reasonably clean, tidy and organised
- Reasonably sociable - while becoming a 'room hermit' may well be inevitable at some points, I'd like to be friends with my flatmate!
- Non-smoking
- No pets
- No couples
- No parties ("parties" are defined as gatherings where excessive noise is produced, directly and/or incidentally, by any participants and/or hosts)
- No cooking of pungent foods (e. G. Curry) on a regular basis
- Essentially, someone who works hard and plays hard!

The room should be vacant and ready to move in from the 2nd week of December onward.
