This basement flat has a large sleeping and living room and an additional study/dressing/storage/lounge space at the rear, leading to the ensuite and laundry. It has limited kitchen facilities (hot plate, microwave, fridge, cooking implements, crockery, cutlery, kettle toaster, table..... ) There is a bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail, desk, settee (sofa bed), washing machine, TV, and sound system. There is also a smaller storage room near the entrance door which opens into a shared courtyard. The room has a lot of light as there are bi-fold doors leading out to the courtyard. There is a security gate leading from the the courtyard to Ivy Lane. The courtyard has an outdoor setting and BBQ. The tenant (s) need only provide their own linen - sheets, pillowslips, towels, tea towels. There is an additional fee per week for more than one tenant.
